Brad Collick concentrates his legal practice in estate planning, the settlement of decedent’s estates and trust estates, and guardianships and conservatorships. Within each of these practice areas, the family unit is at the heart of the matter.
Whether it is designing an estate plan that protects the family… guiding trustees and personal representatives to carry out the estate plan for surviving family members… or establishing a guardian or conservator to care for another family member, Brad aims to strengthen families in the community through his work. He welcomes the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your family’s legal needs.
After graduating from Michigan State University College of Law with honors, Brad practiced for nearly 11 years in small and large firms before starting his own law firm in 2010. He joined the firm of Falvay Gocha in 2018.
When not in the office, Brad enjoys all things soccer and outdoor activities with his family.
