Durable Powers of Attorney

At some time in the future you may find yourself in a situation where, because of physical or mental disabilities, you are unable to effectively manage your personal, legal, or financial affairs. To protect yourself if this were to happen to you, it is very important to have in place a thorough, well-drafted durable power of attorney. Such a document will allow you to designate who you want in charge of your affairs if you become incapacitated.

As part of a complete estate plan, we recommend that all of our clients have such a document in place.
